I was extremely impressed with their program When we were researching martial arts programs for our kids, my husband and I both decided to take a couple of classes in advance to see what it was all about. I was impressed with the Martial Arts Training Alliance - it actually wasn't anything what I had imagined. My flexibility increased, the program was a great workout and I now have a better understanding of the field in general. I'm now much more comfortable allowing my kids to pursue this path.
