Coaches very knowledgeable and respectful. Artists teaching their craft in a family friendly atmosphere. after 3 Muay Thai classes, I can already tell I made the right decision, cant wait for the other classes
I was in town during the week and wanted to train some jiu jitsu, and I felt very welcome by everyone there. Got some good rolls and welcoming environment. It felt like I had been training there for years
