What a great group! How I wish I got to spend more time with these guys, but after I finished with my program in Waco, I promptly returned to the east coast to get back with my family and start my career. I have intermittently practiced different forms of martial arts since I was about 15, but never really did much BJJ. I literally had but a 3 or 4 weeks left in Waco and I decided to give it a try. I trained here for a short while and had a terrible experience. At first it was good, but it didn't take long to see how the gym ran. I was personally invited to train here by one of their main coaches. One day I was grappling the main coach, and he did what we call a "dick move" by hitting the back of my elbow "Mir Bar". So, I picked up my pace in the roll and submitted him twice. I did this in a non-aggressive way to get the point across, because he tried to do the same thing 2 more times.
