Excellent for adults and kids!!!
The space is so aesthetic, clean, and we love the atmosphere that has been created. We can tell that the coaches love what they do and are doing a great job with teaching our 3 year old. We are very happy with the membership so far and would invest the money 10 times over. The staff is super professional and kind. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to join.
Our daughter started in July of 2025 when she was 5 years old ( turned 6 in August of 2025) and loves it! She looks forward to her Jiu Jitsu classes 2x a week. Her coaches are all so knowledgeable. Our daughters has became more confident in herself. They do not only teach Jiu Jitsu but they teach their students to respect, never give up, and promote leadership skills.
