Terrible costumer service - purchased a Bo on-line and my visa was charged immediately 145 with delivery charges. I did not receive an update about it being shipped so I emailed them and no answer, called no answer, then final an email came in saying they were sold out.??? Now I'm trying to reach them by phone and they have not called back nor do they pick up the phone. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter but I guess that's not happening now! Hoping to get a refund but who knows. Customers beware!
