We didn't plan on purchasing a new vehicle today, however, it was meant to be. I contacted Michelle Rigsby and in less than 15 minutes questions were answered, our needs reviewed and our new card was emailed to me before we left the dealership. We've been with State Farm for over 60 years; with Marti Loftis for almost half of those years. Always efficient, takes care of our needs/questions. We have always been satisfied and happy being a client.
Great folks and wonderful customer service. They have insured multiple vehicles and properties for us over the years and we're very thankful to have them looking out for us.
Was referred here after hearing the price my friend paid for his insurance. Super easy to work with and always have great prices. I also enjoy that I get notified by email before each payment, it allows me to know what I’m being charged and when, which my last provider did not do. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone for any insurance needs!
