I've enjoyed Marti's yoga classes for a long time. She tailors the class to focus on what each person needs. Her studio is welcoming and a peaceful oasis in which to enjoy a yoga class .
Marti is wonderful 😊 Such an experienced teacher & guided me through many hours of recuperative yoga after I broke my arm. From teacher to teacher, I learned so much from Martin. So thankful for her! I encourage you all to learn with Marti! 😀
One of the finest yoga teachers I've ever had. Marti has a gentle, yet highly-targeted approach to recuperative yoga that not only addressed the immediate physical problem I was suffering at the start of working with her, but also helped me avoid having other issues in the future. Plus, very relaxing and meditative so I left her sessions feeling refreshed. Recommend!
Marti is awesome! She showed me some yoga poses that helped me relieve tension and tightness in problem areas. I highly recommend!
