The staff was professional, and polite.
My visit was pleasant and extremely halpful. They checked me in quickly and my exam was right on time. The audiologist was thorough and explained each step to me. We then discussed options that would remediate my problem and decided on the path we would take. Overall, a very satisfying visit. I'm looking forward to hearing well again.
Service was precise and timely. All my needs were met and services explained consistently. Great experience overall.
Got in on time. Big relief to not only have a problem ear cleared but done without using pressure and mess of water. She explained the test results clearly.
