RecommendedWe made our reservation well in advance. Staff was wonderful and our week on the island was fantastic.
This company does not respond to inquiries, nor do they return phone calls. I called an agent (Keri) and inquired about a few homes on the island. After a week I got no response from her so I called back. I was told that she was waiting for a response from the owners. I inquired about a few more homes and still got no response from her. I called and got the same excuse. A month later I called another agent who acted as if she didn’t want to be bothered.
