Multiple rent raises within a year. The park is deteriorating and it seems like the rent raises go towards nothing. The pot holes are so horrible it’s hard to drive your vehicle without acquiring damage to it. Pool has an obvious and significant leak which they refuse to fix instead they keep filling it up in a severe drought and pass off the cost to the residents. The way this park is run is unethical and unlawful. I would not consider moving to this park and I hope the authorities soon hold them accountable.
