Absolutely my worst hair experience ever. The girl that did my hair obviously knew nothing about natural hair. I have a lot of thick hair, and when she washed it, it kinked really bad. I was getting a roller set, and instead of her using a wide toothe comb to detangle it she used the smallest toothe comb she had. She pulled my hair so hard while detangling it I thought my scalp was bleeding, I felt like she had pulled all of my hair out! I had my first time experience at this hair salon. I do belive it is a culture shock when you first arrive. And don't let the crowd of customer discourage you from going in the shop as i was. There were about fifty customers ahead of me and i was at the shampoo bowl within ten minutes of walking in. The assembly line way of how they work with their customers was shocking as well. Everyone that got their hair styled came out looking as though they just received a relaxer when really they hadn't. Including myself. Thier proces... read more
