Went in for a temp sensor and not sure everything is good now I’m using antifreeze and can smell it but there’s no leaks?so where is it going 🤔
They did everything they could to get me in a car. Before you read too much into that my credit was good. The people are friendly and go into depth explaining what each add-on is and whether you want it or not
Although I had a prescheduled appointment, staff at the service desk were disorganized and slow to check me in. My big complaint is, after servicing of my vehicle was completed, I received a text while in the waiting area. It was from Marthaler, instructing me to make payment of the invoice on a phone app. Previously I've always paid at the customer service office. But the text read as if it was my only option. Excellent experience buying my new truck. Staff was friendly and sincere and receptive to my needs. I would recommend them for purchasing a vehicle. Also have had service on my previous vehicle and had great service.
