She I'd a total sweetheart! Dr. Zambrano is a great doctor. Too bad her office has gotten shoddy with refilling presriptions. Loved her staff. Renee was the best receptionist. The new girl has problems. Today I just called to have my records sent to another drs office she said I needed to fill out a release. I have filled those out plenty of times. But she didn't even ask who I was to see if the release was in my file or not!! Ridiculous!! If you want to be able to get refills in a timely manner go elsewhere!!
