Seriously understaffed, impossible to get appointments. Getting accepted as a new patient is also impossible, unless you’re connected. Wait list that is not transparent for waiting to get in. Got assigned to doctor that was not what was requested/needed and lost place on wait list. Beyond rude front desk and incompetent main switchboard. Wouldn’t trust my medical needs there.
Caring doctors who spent time with my husband. While it's a trip to get there it's well worth it.
Came here for pre-op blood work and covid testing. Check in was really quick the day of my appointment and there was no wait for my covid test. I had a short wait for the blood work. The nurses and phlebotomist were pleasant.
Unfortunately covid has the World fully stirred and twisted. I came to get a covid test. I got to site at 11:21 am for 1230pm appt. I waited 2 hours before I asked would I be seen, I also asked for a supv. I was told no one was on duty. At approximately 3:14 an employee finally came out to ask what my name was. I seen atleast 24 people go in and phone interactions for employees & family coming in ahead. I get it,, what's patient care first if you dint have enough employees on staff.
