This was my first time at this salon for a wash & set with deep condition. It looks really nice inside so I wanted to try them. Two staff present, a young girl & older lady. The young girl was instructed to start on me. The wash was NOT GOOD. The roller set was horrible. The young lady was clearly inexperienced & still learning. The older lady sat on a sofa instructing her what to do step by step. It was so bad, I politely stopped her. Paid for the wash and conditioner and left with wet hair. Not a good first impression.
