Terrible, expensive... You need to make an appointment for everything and it can take up to 2 weeks... In "emergencies", they never respond. My dog has everything in this clinic, but each time that there is a situation they never answer the call or have availability. My puppy also had a greenish discharge from her vagina and they prescribed antibiotics once (which didn't work). The test plus medicine was about 120 bucks. We had to let our husky Jack, go about a month ago. Everyone at the clinic was SO helpful, tolerant, and caring. We weren't sure what Jack's best interests were and they walked us through everything. Our appointment lasted over an hour, at which time they never tried to rush us out or made us feel like a bother. Thanks so much to all of you during that very hard decision!
Had a great experience at this vet today They took great care of my little pup and made sure he was OK. Didn’t feel like they were trying to sell the crap out of me Or guilt me to pay more. Highly recommend this place definitely will be back
I think this place is struggling right now with staff etc. However, I think My dog would still be alive if I went some where else. Left us hanging multiple accounts, screwed up prescriptions, made appt to see Dr and got there changed to see tech. No end of life guidance at all.
