Horrible, inefficient experience. Go somewhere else if you value your pets health and wellness.
They don't explain that you need to go to the second building, was 5 minutes late-- refused to see me. Garbage vet.
They have a "first exam" special of $25, but when I went in, they wanted to charge every possible fee under the sun, and had a $75 exam fee. I waited 3-4 days for this appointment, but I'm gonna go somewhere else because that's scummy behavior. I'd pay the ridiculous costs ($70, for a FIV test, which cost $10-15 online to buy). Or the $75 for antibiotics-- which, same deal. Simply because I'm not qualified to administer them. But they are money gougers. Plain and simple.
