Doctor Lloyd is an excellent physician, and I have great respect for the care he provides. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the nurse practitioner was disappointing. I went in after testing positive for COVID and was told, “What are you doing here?”—which felt dismissive, especially since this is a doctor’s office.
