I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Dr. If you are looking for a Doctor that has a handicap entrance than do not go to this Doctor. Her office has piles of magazines everywhere. I am talking some piles 2ft. to 3ft. high. Very cluttered. Overall she knows what she is doing, but a doctor that has their office in that much disarray is suspect.

Bad experience with Dr. Martha Brumbaugh I went to Dr. Brumbaugh because of the referral from a friend and seeing one good review on Internet. I did not like some family physicians that I went to before and it sounded that she would be different. I was able to make an appointment with her on the same day I called. Her office is located in what looks like a private house turned into medical office. All furniture and equipment there is pretty old and it looks a little depressing.
