I have not personally rented the Hope Cabin, I have friends who have done so. They say it is a nice space for an event and reasonably priced.
It's been years - but we rented the Martha Hope Cabin for my oldest daughter's first birthday. It's a great central location in the city of Gainesville and perfect for small events where you need a kitchen.
Great cabin for the small wedding I attended. Has a separate large kitchen section to prepare all the food. There is only one bathroom for everyone to share. However, it's a decent size room if people need to change clothes. Has a small room where all the tables and chairs are stored if you need them. Has air-conditioning.
