Honest review. Dr. Holzworth fitted a patient for orthotics. Charged $450 out of pocket and said if the orthotics caused problems they could be returned within 90 days. The orthotics caused severe pain and the patient ended up seeing another orthopedic doctor. The orthotics caused the pain and Dr. Holzworth would not refund the out of pocket expense as told in the initial visit. She did not call the patient after a week of the orthotics being hand delivered to her office, but had the office manager call and say she would ref... read more
