Dr. Cano is very nice and has a great beside manner, but unfortunately that does not make up for the constant lack of professionalism from her office. Dr. Cano frequently does not follow through and neither does her staff. It takes forever to get refills and referrals. Her staff is undedicated and procrastinating. They make mistakes due to there lack of effort and then blame it on the patients. It very evident that the staff takes advantage of Dr. Cano's poor management skills. Staff is inefficient and does not make patients priority. They do not return phone calls, place on hold and never return. Last time I waited on hold for 15 minutes and still did not receive an adequate answer. Ms. Cano made an error when documenting visit and it caused insurance not to cover visit and she still refused to correct it.
Got me rt. In and the prescription for my cold worked perfectly. VERY personable and nice.
Dr. Cano is an excellent doctor whoreally cares about her patients health and well being. She takes time to listen to her patients concerns and answers questions thoroughly. I highly recommend her.
