Dr. Sheils is very thorough and very caring. She explains everything very articulately and puts the patient at ease. Highly recommended.
I would like to file a complaint on Dr. Sheils. This is how the visit went. Nurse came in and introduced herself (very kind) took blood pressure and vitals and let me know doctor would be in. Dr. Sheils comes in 3 min later. Im Dr. Shelis what brings you in. I said hello I've been having a lot of issues going on. Dr Sheils say we'll i only want to hear 3 im not a robot. Very rude and unprofessional she deserves to have her medical license revoked.
Horrible place! My first and last visit with Dr Martha Sheils, she sent me blood tests and was supposed to call me to discuss about them NEVER HAPPENED, I was calling the clinic for a week trying to talk to her and the only things I heard were excuses and lies why she is not calling, even I called the administration office and didn't help. After that I got a call from their front office lady telling me that if I want to discuss my results I have to make an appointment with the Dr ( to pay again 🤑 ).
