Loved the help I got from Dr. Gleason, sadly I had to move due to work, but she was actually able to refer me to another dr. In my area. Highly recommend, as I still use what I learned day in and day out.

I went to see Martha after a long bout of insomnia that started during the pandemic. I am highly medication intolerant and my friend told me to try talk therapy. With the help of a few tools and techniques and help setting up a night time ritual (And bonus help with communication!) Things have improved a whole lot.
One of the absolute best. Fast results without long wait times. Would recommend without hesitation.
