Decent place. In and out quick. We just moved here, so we had quite a bit to get rid of. Attendants were nice and personable but new rules suck. But it’s also “free”.
The place was clean, but the person who was there was not very nice, told us as we were unloading that we needed to stop and come around again to let others get through, which i did, I always thought it was first come first served, and the by the end of it told us we couldn't bring so much next time, I only had a truck bed of stuff like everyone else, I will never go back there.
This place is the best to take your recycling and trash to. They don’t accept glass for recycling, but that’s about all I know about. They’ve always been helpful and friendly unlike the Wilson County landfill. And they don’t charge any money.
It's crazy bad there. Prepare to wait for awhile to haul your stuff out. Wilson County Waste Management needs to open a new facility if they are going to charge 20 bucks per resident to haul local trash. This site is super busy being off 109. Common sense!
