Attitudes are terrible! Especially the one in the 1st chair when you come in. Came in for a wash and blow dry, recently had a slick ponytail which requires gel and edge control. I get to the bowl and she starts applying color, without washing old the old product! After clearing stating it should be washed out, they got defensive and stated no it's ok, but it's not ok, if I'm spending $95 for a service, I should be able to make a request! Side note: DO NOT GET COLOR! You will be under the dryer for 72 hours!

I’m at the salon sitting under the dryer, the smell from fried unwashed hair is choking me so bad I have to get up and go outside. “Salons” should not be allowed to do unwashed hair. If you come into the hair salon after washing it at home I understand but caked dry dirty hair absolutely NOT.
