Its a bad place to work and the pellets are poor quality i go through a half pallet extra vs any other kind I won't use them ever agion

Went there to pick up a load. Ran into an angry, lazy forklift driver. They have an area marked off where you're supposed to stand yet he was upset that I didn't break that rule. I shouldn't be too mad at him, he's so big it looked like he could hardly walk
A lot of dust in the bag. Today I found a piece of rubber in the bag when I was putting pellets in the stove. Not impressed. Would have got in the auger could have caused major problems
I usually like their pellets but this is what I keep getting it’s getting Ridiculous
