Our water heater is 2 years old, we had no hot water. Had a guy come and it took 3 hours to replace 3 warranty parts for $500 (this included a trip to Saskatoon that we got charged for, for the warranty part). Another $120 visit to replace a part that wasn't a factory part took 15 mins, but we got charged for the drive from a dairy farm from his last call and did not receive a call that he was on the way.
