I recently took my Tesla Model 3 to Eric at Martenson Performance after another mechanic installed brake pads and left me with a loud squealing noise whenever I backed up. I brought the car to Eric to install new rotors and diagnose the issue, and I was shocked when he discovered that the previous mechanic had left out some of the brake hardware and had not installed the caliper clips correctly.
