BAD FAITH principles and low integrity law firm. Do not consider using as there does exist attorneys that operate in an ethical manner rather than be in the business of ruining individuals livelihoods in the name of getting paid to support corporate evil tactics, therefore becoming the front face of it. STAY AWAY at all costs and look further, trust me, I learned the hard way.

I have not received an accounting of the assets in my father's trust in over a year. UPDATE: Was just informed that the change in value was "diminimus" (really, over 15 months?) and that to provide an updated accounting would cost substantial legal fees. I don't know how they would know what the change in value is ...or if they are qualified to make that statement. I certainly don't understand why printing account statements should incur substantial fees.
