Best True value I've ever seen
What hardware store dont carry brackets for stackable washer and employee ask the customer shouldnt those come with the set.brackets are hardware??? Right??
Be aware, they don’t allow you to carry diaper bags around the store. First time going there and will definitely be our last. I completely understand not allowing bags for theft reasons but the guy that approached us was just rude and gave off the wrong vibes. He took our bag to customer service and while we were checking out the older lady that gave us our bag was sarcastic and said “never know, you could of needed that” after seeing that our son was sleeping in his car seat. No body knows anything, except the tool department. Very disappointing, I love true value but help is not very helpful. One star is being generous, but in there multiple times, and literally had to go to tools area to get help. Love the store,but need to have good, and knowledgeable help.
