Long term customer of Martens who is quick to respond. While out of town for winter, we discovered a high humidity issue via our digital thermostat. A quick call and arranged to get to the house to solve and save the day. They arrived within hours!!! Service like no other company and a trust factor to access our house.
Our plumber, Neil, was fast, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this company if you have any plumbing related issues.
Neil was fantastic! I had a complicated situation because I needed both my valves and water hammer arrestors that connected to my washing machine replaced, which required me to turn the water off to the entire house. Not only did he take the time to walk me through what he was going to do, but he also helped me get the water turned back on and ensure the air was out of all my pipes at every faucet (sink, shower, toilet) throughout my house afterward.
