Terrible place. They don't care about employees or customers. All they want is your money. Never ever going to this store again. Drive to Mayville. Better store
For many years, I have purchased snowblowers, a riding mower, pet food, tools, and much more at Martens Ace Hardware. I was a good customer, but NOT ANYMORE. I had received a coupon in the mail from Ace to Spend $75 on Regularly-priced merchandise and Receive $15 off. In the past, I have received coupons from Ace that state on the back that pet food is excluded. Bought a grill and received the Best customer experience a person could ask for. Will be back for any hardware needs, customer for life! Mike and his crew were absolutely Fantastic!!!
Price match lies. I went into ace to buy some simple green degreaser which was $14. I asked them to price match to menards at 10. I have had ace price match several times before and I have never had an issue. The manager confirms it was the exact same item, but then she says she can meet me in the middle as if we were on Facebook marketplace haggling on a price. Very unsatisfied and disappointed with different policies when different managers are working.
