I have the worst experience ever. First they took 1 week to diagnose what is wrong with the car. Take note, DIAGNOSE . You have to buy their own brand of battery which was a ripped off so they can fix your car, even if you already have a battery ready too which was completely the same specs with my car’s battery, they didn’t care to call for the update of the car. I took my 2024 corvattevette, in for 7500 mile service. The technician noticed in oil lick he removed the transmission and installed a new seal he did an excellent job. When day we're done, they even detailed my car. I am very happy.
The surface department is always very friendly and communicate with us very well. They make coming in for a service a positive experience each and every time.
