I came to Wilsonville to get an inspection on my truck, and while I was waiting in the drivers lounge the formen came in to ask me if I had time to get the transmission serviced because it was due, so I committed the stupidity of saying yes go head, and to my surprise the shop messed up my transmission and I had to take my truck to the freight-liner dealer ship to get fixed and I lost a 2000 mile load that was given to me. Good job Wilsonville.
The weekend staff is completely incompetent, that’s if you’re lucky enough to reach them. 90 min plus wait time to get them to answer your call just to have them forward you to someone who isn’t working. Just another mega carrier that is only concerned with their bottom line.
