Working with Sara from Marten Portable Buildings was great! I was able to get every single one of my questions answered quickly and accurately. She was easy to talk to and work with and very knowledgeable. I loved that I could use the software to design my building, visualize it, select from the menus and see the cost impacts as I changed things.
Sara was very helpful and answered my questions, even as they continued to build. She responded to my emails in a timely manner, was patient with scheduling a phone call, and helped ensure we were picking a good shed. She was honest as well!
Sara was awesome she told me the shed I was kind of looking at was in Monroe at farm& fleet so I drove over there. Looked at it so I ordered it. She's very helpful and the whole experience was awesome. I appreciate it very much
Our experience with Marten was superb! Sara was very helpful. She responded to my inquiries in a timely and professional manner. She had to reach out to another department in order to make a change that I requested, and she got back to me within an hour. Our shed was built perfectly! The delivery was nothing short of amazing! Sales team (Sara) was fantastic! She was very patient and accommodating to my schedule. I love that Sara answers the phone. Yes, that is rare trait these days. So it was a very easy decision to do business with Marten Portable Buildings of Monroe. There was another portable building company not too far from my home. But I just like how I was treated and I think the product is superior to the competitors. The design process was simple and very flexible. I give this sales transition 5 stars all day. Thanks Sara!!!
