I can honestly say that you should look no further when choosing a builder for your home. Marten Building & Design was amazing to work with. Every single person we interacted with was very friendly, helpful and patient throughout the process. That includes all of the subs. This was our second home build, and the quality is unmatched. The process was not rushed at all and we felt listened to. We were guided to make great decisions when anything came up that we weren’t sure about. Any questions we had were answered completely ... read more
We highly recommend Marten Building & Design. After looking at numerous custom homes and home builders, we toured, and purchased, a Marten Parade Home that fits us perfectly. The design and finishes are exceptional, with a bright, open layout, and lots of thoughtful special finishes. Marten's craftmanship is unmatched, and Randy & Abby Marten are great to work with.
From home design through the building process to the final product, we had a fantastic experience with the Marten Building and Design crew. The owner (Randy Marten) spent a day with us driving around the area to help us find the the perfect location for our new house. Scott and Ava derive... read more
Randy and his team are amazing! Excellent quality, project management, responsiveness, subject matter experts, strong team of sub's, and the list goes on. Despite time zone differences and not being able to be physically present during the build, the project went very smoothly with outstanding results. This is our fourth home that we have built in our lifetime, and this experience far surpasses any prior experi... read more
We recently finished our build with the Marten team and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. We only had a few hiccups that occurred due to the property we bought but the Marten team helped us navigate them so smoothly. The building process was otherwise straightforward and so easy to navigate! We felt Marten always gave us their honest recommendations and advice about each decision, looking out for our best interests but we never felt like we were being pushed into making any decisions. After completi... read more
