My close friend visited Martel's Wedding village recently. The service and personal attention she received were second to none. She was truly made to feel that she was the most important bride to be in the world! Vanessa was fantastic and went out of her way to get just the right dress. We can’t thank Martels enough for everything they have done for us. We didn’t just use 1 of their services… we used 3! Dapper Chaps, Jemma’s Hair and Makeup, and Martels Bridal Boutique. We met them at a wedding fair in Chelmsford and decided we would visit to have a look. Everyone there was very helpful and accommodating. I'd been putting off wedding dress shopping being an older bride who wanted to lose weight, and happened to meet Vanessa at a wedding fayre. She convinced me that I didn't need to worry and she was right! She made something I was dreading into an enjoyable, positive experience, so much so I went back with my bridesmaids and she did the same for them. 100% recommend!
Extremely helpful, I got all my bridesmaid dresses from Martels and I couldn't be more pleased. Vanessa was perfect. Knew exactly what would make my bridesmaid look fabulous and feel amazing. Anyone who has bridesmaids of all shapes and sizes they are a dream place to go. The team went above and beyond and made my job as bride so easy!!
