Martelly was selected for me by my window manufacturer. Scheduling was an issue. The foreman assured me that the installation would be done and their inside man does a great job. The first date was canceled and the second date the crew showed up an hour after expected. The foreman wasnt present and the crew did not want to be here. One did say hello and told me his name. After telling me in June they could do the project and start construction in October, I get the run around waiting for them to come back to the house to start plans. Canceled appointments, no call backs and they finally come back again, rush through the house for 1/2 hour oh 2 hour appointment. Email me back that they can’t do the work in the timeframe they promised in June and declined project they previously accepted. Unprofessional, untrustworthy and deceptive. Don’t waste you time with them!!
