Prompt response, excellent work, and courteous service in an emergency. In a heat wave, late in the day, in an 80-year-old house with an older fuse box, the fuse protecting the a.c., fridge, and microwave failed. The two types of fuses I'd used before didn't fit this slot. I called Martella, at nearly 5 pm. They called back at 8:30 next morning.
