I had Adam from Martella Electric back to add some arc fault breakers and trouble shoot an outlet not working. He once again was excellent!! Great customer service. He was also assisted by a second member of their team John. He was great as well. Solved the outlet issue and explained everything. They wore booties and left the work area spotless. Kudos to them and Martella Electric for hiring staff that care!!
Adam takes time to satisfy the customer, does excellent work. He is patient and kind. His electrical knowledge is extensive.
Andrew was a gentleman. Advised me of what he was doing and did everything perfectly.
Andrew arrived promptly and was able to diagnose and correct our problem. He was personable, easy to talk to, and explained everything in detail. I would definitely call Martella Electric again!
Have used them multiple times in the past but they have really increased their prices over the years, was quoted over $10k to replace box/exterior wire, add disconnect. Which is a job that should cost less then half that
