Very poor business practice, I have ordered glass from them in the past and this time I placed my order by email the way the lady told me to, a week goes by and no confirmation so I called and they said give us a couple days so another week goes by and nothing so I called again and the gentleman told me they couldn't sell to me since I didn't have an account.
