Joshua Martell possesses all the qualities one seeks in a divorce lawyer. I retained his services for a modification of permanent alimony, and from the initial consultation, he provided an honest analysis of my case, outlining all possible scenarios, both favorable and unfavorable. Communication with him and his paralegal, Amy, was exceptional.
It has taken me a bit to muster up the words to say but I do not recommend this firm. If I could give Monica, my paralegal, all the ratings, I would. She went above and beyond for me. Josh barely spoke to me and truthfully he did not fight for me. He told me he wasn't confident that my case would give me my outcome that I was hoping for and I believe he just gave up.
