Bill is incredibly communicative, responsive, quick, and kind! My first time contacting Bill he was able to stop by same day for a quick kitchen light fix. He was fast and efficient and although a very small job, the quality of work was fantastic. He also helped out with lighting suggestions and recommendations after the repair which was super helpful!
