Jason is the BEST!!!! I am an Official in Texas; Jason just spent 2 hours with me on the phone and went overboard helping me set up my wireless microphones AND I ordered a new Elite Court Reporter laptop. He is the best. Cannot recommend Martel and Jason enough!

I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. Their customer service is lackluster at best, and their products are wildly overpriced. If there's a problem with a purchase, good luck getting them to even respond to you. I've been trying to resolve a problem I have with a product I purchased from them for a month now, and I've mostly been ignored and only been offered very basic recommendations for solutions. My suggestion is to look elsewhere.

I'm a court reporter and have been for almost 30 years. I have used Martel for most of my career. They are always helpful with all my issues.

I'm a court reporter in Georgia and love all of Martel's products!! I bought the Zoom Kit, the digital recorder, the microphone and the super CR laptop!! I would highly recommend Martel for all of your court reporting needs!!!
