We recently used Martanne Construction to do a bathtub/shower conversion to a walk-in shower. We had asked friends if they had a company to recommend and gone to a Home Remodeling show here in town. We recently worked with Martanne Construction to add a three-season room and pantry to our home. While there were a few minor bumps along the way, as with any construction project, Martanne consistently resolved every issue and ensured we were completely satisfied. The finished product exceeded our expectations; it is beautiful and exactly what we wanted! I highly recommend the professional, detail-oriented team we worked with at Martanne Construction!
We used Martanne to expand and remodel our laundry and entrance area, remodel our den, and finish our basement. What I appreciated most about working with them includes: the effort they put into redesigning the layout of our wonky laundry area, the super fun design process that ensured unique and fun results, and their patience with addressing our questions and concerns. I would definitely use Martanne again and recommend them to friends and family.
Martanne had excellent design ideas and worked through all the permitting issues with KCMO. They executed the plan perfectly, always communicating to us in advance of new steps, then following up when the step was done.
