After she got married appointments where cancel year after year. Last time got a call 5/16 the night before appointment on 5/17. They always reschedule but canceled them. I did like her when she help with mim stroke, but , what can a patient do finally ER & admitted.
Dr. Stella is amazing, office staff not so much. Lots of disappointment with scheduling and customer service.
Extremely disappointing customer service, I do not recommend this doctor. I called to attempt to schedule an appointment but it turns out they do not offer appointment times that can accommodate any normal working adult's schedule.The time slot they offered me was on a weekday morning and over 60 days away so I obviously declined.
I have just phoned, after hours, to start the process for an appointment. If the answering service is any reflection of Dr. Jimenez’s office, I am certain I have chosen correctly. I was handled with such care and humanity…definitely a gold standard in our current day world. Thank you so much for putting me at such ease. I look forward to a call to schedule the appointment.
I saw Dr. Jimenez a few years back. She was very thorough. I would highly recommend her.
