She seems a nice enough person, but after I explained to her how I like my haircut, she went right ahead and did it the way I asked it not to be done. That is, I like my hair about an inch or so long so she pulled out the shears and cut it right down to the nubs. Why bother to ask if you’re just going to do what you want. She does a nice little shoulder/neck massage thing at the end which was the best part. We are definitely done.
Excellent service. We were walk-ins and immediately were served. Good time to come mid-afternoon.
