I visited Mart,Tx recently and had to visit this vets office, I simply asked a question concerning the bill because she was saying she could not guarantee the price that she was quoting, I simply asked It will not come out being 600bucks when your saying it should be around 200 , she replied with don t be ridiculous your being absurd, I replied with I am not being rude ma am I was just asking a question.she continued to get louder and ruder with me. I had been using Dr. Range for many years up until this past summer. I took a pet there to be put down, no one at the clinic said a word to me not even when i checked out, all i got was a piece of paper with my total on it. The tech and range came into the room he grabbed my pet and gave the injection all without saying anything. Not even hi, sorry about your loss, NOTHING at all. We had spent thousands over the years coming to this guy and it seems like they could care less.
Always a great experience with Doc Range and his careing staff..Have a wonderful- clean - place..family aptmosphere...cant say enough good things...
They do not care about the animals. Please take your dog somewhere else!!
