They are very unprofessional. Especially Joseph. But, that comes down from the top as well - Tim. They think their subs are below them, they don't think of TEAM, they think of every penny they can gain (I mean, small amounts will cause major damage for them). They're not only disrespectful to you on the project, but while actually out at an event, Joseph on a golf course recently chose the hole where a girl was working the table/tent on that hole to go up a few yards and be disrespectful there too. Extremely unprofessional
Edited: Found out the President is the same as their Operation Manager, which we honestly figured. Culture, or leadership being passed down... Tim is just as bad. If you want to deal with a GC that takes advantage of more than one Subcontractor, by bullying and eating them up, then this is the company for you. Bad business might equal bad results though.
