Marston Law’s handling of my case was harmful. They failed to review my evidence, failed to submit key information that could have changed the outcome, failed to communicate with me about my case, and never interviewed the individuals involved. They withheld my own evidence from me, misled me about the work being done, and tried to push me into a deferred plea instead of defending me.
