I had a blood test booked for 11:45, but due to an unexpected road closure, I arrived at 11:50 just five minutes late, only to be told I could not be seen. These blood tests are time-sensitive and cannot be taken at any point in my cycle, so I planned this appointment carefully, taking time off work and waiting weeks to be seen. Incredibly unprofessional admin staff and phone staff. When I complained they removed me from their register which I am now formally complaining. They had no reasons For removing me just said that they had reason. I'm now waiting for their reply and if it's not satisfactory this will go to the highest order. Avoid this surgery at all costs
Moved to the area recently and I had to get a new doctor, unfortunately this practice is just not right. Very rude and easily triggered receptionists who communicated as if they are ready to start a fight at the pub. No professionalism, no compassion nor empathy. I would give this 0 stars if I could can't get an appointment via the new anima system can't phone for an appointment you need to sit in an hour long queue service for a pot luck spot to see any DR not your own DR though. They only offer a same day service what even is that. I can book in advance to have dominos on Tuesday but I can't book a DR appointment for next week. The only way to improve this service is just cut the phone lines as we then don't have to wait 20 minutes to be told you can't speak to a real doc.
