Rented a moving truck. Arrived before closing time and there was a sign on the door saying closed and we received no email giving us a lockbox code to get a key. Called and no one answered. Had to call uhaul and get the reservation transferred to another location. Huge waste of my time thanks to someone who couldn’t do their job and wanted to leave work early. So unprofessional.
They are professional and great to work with. Lovely tent, tables chairs and linens. Highly recommend!
If you are in the West Cary or South Durham area and need a U-Haul, I highly recommend Marsh's Rentals. Not only was the truck great and well maintained, but their customer service really set them apart. The agent onsite was friendly, helpful, and got me out the door fast! Their inventory is also well-stocked so check them out if you have a move coming up!
